How to Donate
The Ironbridge Railway Trust is a registered charity which returns audited annual accounts to Companies House. If you would like to support our proposal with a donation to help with the project, please contact our Treasurer via the Trust email address info@ironbridge-railway-trust.org.uk or send a cheque made out to ‘The Ironbridge Railway Trust’ to our Registered Office: Oakwood Cottage, Shrawley, Worcestershire, WR6 6TS
Gift Aid
Ironbridge Railway Trust is entitled to claim 25% Gift Aid on donations. Once you have given your permission for us to do this on your behalf (by completing the Gift Aid form), there is no need for you to do anything else. For us to claim Gift Aid you must be a taxpayer and have paid or will pay sufficient Income and/or Capital Gains Tax to cover all the Gift Aid claimed on all your donations in that tax year. If you are a higher rate taxpayer, you are also entitled to claim the difference between the basic rate which we will claim and the amount of tax you have actually paid.
